博士研究生 Doctoral Students | 4年 4 academic years | 全额奖学金，包括学费、住宿费、在华生活费（2500元/人/月）和医疗保险费。 Full scholarship covering tuition fee, accommodation, living stipend（2500yuan/p/m for doctoral students）and insurance. |

2、招生人数以2023年相关部门的拨款额度确定;
Admission quota will be subject to the final appropriation funds of the year 2023 from related department;
3、奖学金期限为录取时确定的学习年限，学生来华后原则上不予延长。
Scholarship duration specified in the admission notice cannot be extended.
所有奖学金获得者每年需要参加奖学金评审，评审合格后方可继续享受下一年奖学金，评审不合格者享受部分奖学金或取消奖学金资格。
All the students who get the scholarship shall attend scholarship evaluation every year and only those who have passed the evaluation will continue to enjoy the scholarship.
4、申请者一旦被录取，原则上不允许更换专业。
Once admitted, the applicant shall not change major.
(CRITERIA & ELIGIBILITY)
1、申请人须为非中国籍公民，且身体健康；
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health.;
2、来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
Applicants for master degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35;
来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过 40 周岁。
Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
3、攻读中文授课专业者，原则上须具备HSK5级证书（180分以上），证书有效期为两年；攻读英文授课专业者，请提供英文水平考试证明，母语为英语的申请者或者前一阶段学历授课语言为英文的申请者免于提供语言水平考试证明。
HSK level 5 (more than 180 credits) within the two-year validity is necessary for applicants for Chinese-taught programs; Certificate of English ability is required for applicants for English-taught program. English native speakers or applicants whose latest study is English programs are exempt from certificate.
4、学业成绩优秀且未同时获得其他各类奖学金。
Only applicants that have not received other sorts of fund or scholarship could apply for this scholarship.

1、请在申请时间内，登录山东师范大学国际学生在线服务系统https://sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do，注册并如实在线填写信息。具体填报方式请参考附录2。
Please log in the foreign student application system of Shandong Normal University within the application time: https://sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do to register and truthfully fill in the information online. For detailed application procedure, please refer to Appendix2.
2、除填写基本的申请信息外，请在系统中上传提交以下材料，材料不全者不予审核：
Besides filling the basic information, please submit the following materials in the system. Incomplete materials will not be examined.
a) 护照复印件；
Copy of passport;
b) 经公证的最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和成绩单（中英文均可）；
Notarized highest diploma;
Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;
Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English);
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
c) 申请中文授课类专业需提供HSK成绩报告（有效期两年）；
The copy of valid HSK Certificate (necessary for applicants for Chinese-taught programs);
d) 两封推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English) signed by professors or associate professors;
e) 来华学习计划（中文或英文，不少于800字）；
A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English) which should be more than 800 words;
f) 无犯罪记录证明。因特殊原因无法提供者，请提交有本人签名的《无犯罪记录承诺书》（附件3）；
None-Criminal Record Certificate. Please submit signed None-criminal Record Letter of Commitment (see Appendix 3) if it is indeed impossible to provide the Certificate;
