一、申请者条件（Eligibility）

1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China，and be in good health

2.学历和年龄要求 The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must：

l 攻读学士学位者，须具有高中毕业证书，年龄不超过25岁；

be a high school’s degree holder under the age of 25 when applying for the bachelor’s programs；

l 攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；

be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs；

l 攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁

be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.

3.语言水平要求：The requirements for applicants language ability

l 攻读中文授课专业者，原则上须具备HSK证书（4级及以上，4级证书持有者需进行一年汉补，5级及以上持有者可直接入专业学习），证书有效期为两年。

HSK（at least level 4，HSK level 4 holder needs one-year Chinese language study，HSK level 5 holder can enter the major study directly）within the two-year validity is necessary for applicants for Chinese-taught program

l 攻读英文授课专业者，英语水平应达到雅思6分以上或托福80分以上，官方语言为英语的申请者或者前一阶段学历授课语言为英文的申请者免于提供语言水平考试证明

IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80 is required for applicants for English-taught program. Applicants whose official language is English or whose latest study is English program are exempt from certificate.

二、申请所需材料（Materials required for application）

1.护照照片页复印件；Copy of a passport；

2.经公证的提供最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和学习成绩单；

Notarized highest diploma;

Prospective diploma recipient must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date.

Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English);

Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

目前在华学习的申请者，请提供目前所在学校的在学表现证明/出勤率证明及目前所在学校的成绩单。

For applicants currently studying in China, please provide the academic performance certificate/attendance certificate of your current school and the transcript of your current school.

3.来华学习和研究计划。用中文或英文书写（不少于800字）；

A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English);

This should be a minimum of 200 words for the undergraduate program

applicants and 800 words for postgraduate program applicants

4.推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；

Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English);

Applicants for undergraduate program and postgraduate program must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors or associate professors;

5.申请中文授课类专业需提供HSK成绩报告（有效期两年）；

The copy of valid HSK Certificate （necessary for applicants for Chinese-taught program);

6.申请学习音乐专业的学生须提交本人作品的光盘；申请学习美术专业的学生须提供本人2张素描画、2张色彩画以及2张其他作品的光盘；

A CD of your own works（only required for arts students);

Applicants for music studies are required to submit a CD of their own musical works. Applicants for the fine arts programs must submit a CD of their own works which include two sketches, two color paintings and two other works;

7.《外国人体格检查表》复印件。登录国家留学基金委网站

http：//www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或 http：//www.campuschina.org下载，英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月。

Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy) (The original copy will be kept by yourself and the form is uniformly printed by Chinese healthy quarantine departments. It must be written in English and can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org).

8. 无犯罪记录证明。Non-criminal Record Certificate.

三、申请流程

自费生——

1.申请学生登录山东师范大学国际学生在线服务系统

http：//sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do注册并完整填写报名信息，填写完成后提交报名信息（系统操作流程详见附件1）；

Applicants log in on the international student online service system of Shandong Normal University https://sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do to register and complete and submit the application information, (see Appendix 1 for the system operation process);

2.留学生工作办公室审核学生资料并通过系统邮件告知学生审核结果；

International Students Office examines applicants’ information and informs the students of the results through email in the system;

3.通过审核的学生缴纳各项费用至山东师范大学财务账户，并将缴费单据提交给留学生工作办公室；

Students who have passed shall pay study fees to the financial account of Shandong Normal University (see Appendix 2 for details of the account information), and submit the voucher to the Office;

4.留学生工作办公室制作录取材料（JW202表、录取通知书、新生报到指南）并发送给学生。

Office shall prepare and send the admission materials (form JW202, admission notice and new student registration guide) to the students.
