INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS OFFICE
山东师范大学坐落在历史文化名城济南。学校现有22个学院（部），13个博士后科研流动站，16个博士学位授权一级学科、4个博士专业学位授权点、31个硕士学位授权一级学科、覆盖十大学科门类。现有在校本科生24021人，研究生10532人，来华留学生200余人。
Shandong Normal University (SDNU) is located in the historical and cultural city, Jinan, the capital city of Shandong Province. There are 22 colleges (departments), 13 post-doctoral research stations, 16 first-level disciplines authorized for doctoral degree, 4 authorized point for doctoral degree, 31 first-level disciplines authorized for master's degree, covering ten disciplines. There are currently 24,021 undergraduate students, 10,532 graduate students and more than 200 international students.
学校是教育部批准的首批外国留学生定点招生单位，与30多个国家和地区的180余所高校建立校际交流合作关系。在韩国、肯尼亚、美国、巴西、沙特、俄罗斯、加拿大和阿联酋合作建设8所孔子学院（含1所独立孔子课堂），是全国承办孔子学院数量较多的高校之一，获“孔子学院中方先进合作机构”称号。
SDNU is one of the first batch of foreign students’ enrollment institutions approved by the Ministry of Education and has established inter-school exchanges and cooperation with more than 180 institutions in 30 plus countries and regions. SDNU is one of the universities that hosts a large number of Confucius Institutes in China. It has won the title of "Confucius Institute's Advanced Chinese Cooperation Organization", and is an advanced unit in international exchange work in Shandong Province. So far, 8 Confucius Institutes (including one independent Confucius classroom) have been built in South Korea, Kenya, the United States, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Canada, and Sharjah, UAE.
学校早在1983年就开始接收外国留学生，40多年来，先后培养了来自世界70多个国家和地区的20,000多名长、短期留学生。
SDNU began to accept international students as early as in 1983. Over the past 40 plus years, it has cultivated more than 20,000 long- and short-term students from more than 70 countries and regions.

进修生项目介绍
BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO
LANGUAGE PROGRAM
汉语进修项目在入学初安排汉语水平测试，根据测试成绩分为七个班级教学，实行小班授课。课程分为主修课和选修课，其中主修课每周学时为 20 学时。班级层次和课程设置详见图表：
For the Chinese language training program, a Chinese proficiency test is arranged at the beginning of the term. According to the test results, students will be divided into seven classes. Teaching will be conducted in small classes. The courses consist of major courses and elective courses. The major courses will be 20 hours each week. The levels of classed and the courses setting are shown in the following charts:

原则上18-55周岁，品行端正、身体健康且愿意遵守中国相关法律法规和学校规章制度的外籍人士；
Foreigners who are over 18 years but less than 55 years of age in principle, well-behaved, in good health and willing to abide by relevant Chinese laws, regulations and school rules.

4、费用Fee& Tuition
1）一经录取，报名费415元不退还；
The enrollment fee of RMB 415 is non-refundable;
2）一经录取，原则上中途转学、退学，已缴纳学费不退还。
Once admitted, paid tuition fee is non-refundable.
5、申请录取流程 Application Procedure
1）申请学生登录山东师范大学国际学生在线服务系统http://sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do注册并完整填写报名信息，填写完成后提交报名信息（系统操作流程及材料提交要求详见附件2）；
Applicants login on the international student online service system of Shandong Normal University https://sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do to register and submit the application information, (see Appendix 2 for the system operation process and requirements for materials);
2）通过审核的学生于2025年12月31日前缴纳各项费用至山东师范大学财务账户，并将缴费单据或截图发送给留学生工作办公室（缴费方式详见附件3）；
Students shall pay study fees before Dec.31,2025, and send the voucher or screenshot to the Office (see Appendix 3 for details of the mode of payment are set out in );
3）留学生工作办公室向被录取学生发送电子版录取材料，请确保在报名系统中所填写的邮箱一直畅通。
Office shall send electronic admission materials to students (please make sure that the email you have entered in the enrollment system is always open.).
